Very nice, pleasant, friendly, helpful, courteous. I was very happy, when I left the office, because Dr. Ng told me exactly what he could do, to improve my vision and that was exactly what I was looking to hear, very pleased!

He's very personable, very helpful, and was willing to change out the big needles for small needles. I felt like he did a good job, and it was pretty much pain-free. I do have some bad results from it, but maybe they'll go away. I'll call on Monday to see if there's something that can be done for that, if these results are still the same, or if they're worse. They "talked" me through my eyelid surgery as both members of this team of two people stitched the appropriate portions of my eyelids. After the procedure, the doctor hurried off to other duties, and the assistant made sure that I was well versed on post-operative instructions. What a privilege to be care for by such caring professionals!

I just really appreciate how Dr. Ng and his fellow worked with me, not just to finish up the surgery that he had done, but then discovering the retinal tear that ended up being a retinal detachment and getting me to the right people very quickly. And then checking in with me after that surgery, even though they weren't even part of that team that took care of me. I just think the holistic care between the two departments and follow through with the patient was really quite extraordinary. So thank you very much.

Dr. Ning and his staff were just wonderful. And he helped me with a situation that was really affecting my quality of life. And he put together a plan for my dry eyes and adjusting my eyelids. And it's been about a week and a half. And my eyes closed now. My eyelids closed. And just a whole team of people, the anesthesiologists, the nurses, everyone in that little room were just the best. No, I don't care to go up there in Portland because I live out in Vernonia, but it was a really nice experience. He did a good job and it's been doing great since I've come home. So thank you.

I had surgery on my right eyelid with Dr. Ng and it was flawless. I had almost no bruising, almost no swelling. He followed up on the, you know, on the, recently with a sort of video call. But I just have to say, you know, I'm very, very happy that I stumbled on him and that he helped me out with my, I have Ramsey-Hunt syndrome, so it's been very difficult for quite a few years. A squirrel knocked out the electricity and after two and a half hour drive I was told in the parking garage that I would probably be turned back. However Dr. Eng's office was open. It was unfortunate that no text message was sent to my phone. Other than that it was fine.

Dr Ng listened well, had clearly read my chart and knew my history, and repeatedly asked for my questions. In addition, his nurse asked good questions, kept excellent notes, and was gracious and cheerful in the appointment.
