  3. I have to say that I found Sarah to be absolutely lovely, capable, and just the person I needed to talk to that day. I had had a really kind of rough patch at the school nursing facility. She helped me get it all straightened out. She had extreme patience with me and I so appreciate how capable and her demeanor was. I can't thank her enough.

  5. No, I was extremely happy with everything she did. She took out my stitches, but yeah, she gave me some good advice and answered all my questions and was very friendly. That kind of applies to my whole experience here at OHSU with the surgery on my knee. This has been phenomenal. So anyway, thank you.

  7. An "A" / 10 for patient interaction. Very informative. Answered questions in a conversational manner. Sarah was patient and gentle in responding to my pain during removal of the sutures. Very confident and knowledgeable.

  37. She was very kind yet professional. Everything went well except for after she removed the drain hoses. One of the holes kept draining and the spot under my knee was bleeding a bit on our way home. She sent me home with some tape and a couple of packages of dressing material. I'm having to adjust the tension across the hole to get it to mend and stop dripping. Seems to be working. The other hole sealed up overnight. Otherwise my visit went well. She is very pleasant and patient.
