Aditi Martin, Ph.D.
Senior Director, Collaborations and Entrepreneurship
Aditi aims to foster a thriving regional environment to support innovation, enable productive collaborations that drive technology development, complement research and clinical expertise and enhance innovation programs across OHSU and the region.
Prior to joining OHSU, Aditi served at the office of technology ventures at Johns Hopkins University, where she managed intellectual property, led the negotiation and execution of a variety of technology development and collaborative agreements focused on translation of biomedical advances. Aditi has also briefly worked in the start-up world developing a cancer diagnostic platform. Aditi received her undergraduate degree in microbiology and molecular genetics from Michigan State University and her Ph.D. in pharmacology and toxicology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a recipient of the 2018 Portland Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award.
Aditi enjoys the natural beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She also loves meeting new people, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
