OHSU Primary Care Clinic, Benson Wellness Center
The Benson Wellness Center at Benson Polytechnic High School in Northeast Portland welcomes Portland students and community members ages 7 to 21. You can see us even if you can’t pay or lack insurance. We take all insurance plans.

We are a Community Health Center (Federally Qualified Health Center) that supports children, teens and young adults with primary care in a school setting.

- Birth control (contraception) and pregnancy tests

- Eye care and glasses
- Food and nutrition, including free healthy food
- Health screenings
- Sex education and wellness
- Sports physicals
- Teen growth and development
- Testing for sexually transmitted infections or diseases (STIs or STDs)
- Treatment for minor injuries and common illnesses
- Substance use disorder evaluation and treatment
- Vaccinations:
- COVID-19
- Human papillomavirus (HPV)
- Meningococcal
- Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap)
- Vaccine information for teens
