About me

Aaron Grossberg, M.D., Ph.D. is an associate professor of radiation medicine. He completed his medical and doctorate degrees at OHSU before completing his residency training in radiation oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Grossberg’s practice focuses on cancers of the pancreas, and breast. He specializes in the use of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and hypofractionated radiation for treatment of both early and locally-advanced pancreas cancer with an emphasis on genetic and molecular factors that affect toxicities after radiation therapy. In a joint appointment with the Cancer Early Detection Advanced Research Center and the Brenden-Colson Center for Pancreatic Care, Dr. Grossberg studies the interaction between cancer and metabolism in an effort to identify ways to diagnose cancers sooner and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.

Insurance

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
