About me

Dr. Amanda Kim is a neonatologist who specializes in caring for critically ill newborns.

She has expertise in:

  • Preparing families before their baby's birth when a birth defect has been found.
  • Coordinating their care In the delivery room.
  • Providing medical care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

She is passionate about communicating with families before and after birth and ensuring equitable care for babies in the NICU.

She is part of the fetal care team as the Director of Neonatal Services to the Fetal Care Program.

Away from the hospital, Dr. Kim enjoys time with her husband and two young children. She likes traveling, running, baking, and trying new restaurants.
