About me
Andy Fraser enjoys the opportunity to visit with clients throughout their lives and has particular interests in geriatrics and adult medicine and mental health, palliative care and addiction medicine. He strives to provide comfort and foster collaboration — helping reduce confusion and anxiety associated with health — and takes care to learn each client’s goals and priorities.
Fraser is excited to advocate for creative solutions for making health care more accessible, equitable and effective, particularly for rural Oregonians and those experiencing barriers to care.
Outside of work, his passions are learning about ecology, botany and geology, and growing plants, building things and taking care of a bunch of chickens and bees.

Insurance
Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
