About me

Dr. Duty's professional focus encompasses minimally invasive surgery for kidney obstruction, stones, and cancer, as well as expertise in preventing kidney stones through dietary and medical management. He has been recognized for his knowledge and experience through invitations to lecture and teach surgical courses on both national and international stages. Dr. Duty also serves as Director of Strategic Outreach for OHSU Health, where he is responsible for helping develop clinical and educational programs in collaboration with health systems and hospitals across Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Moreover, Dr. Duty is a leader in organized medicine and healthcare advocacy. He has been President of the Oregon Urological Society, served on the Executive Committee of the Oregon Medical Association, Chair of the American Urological Association’s State Advocacy Committee, and Vice-Chair of the Oregon Health Authority’s Value-based Benefits Subcommittee.
