About me

Chelsea Capone is a perfusionist, a specialist in using heart and lung machines for children with congenital heart defects. She helps keep blood and oxygen moving through children’s bodies by using extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) during heart surgery, including cardiac bypass.
