I’m Chloe Douglas, a pediatric nephrologist with a research focus on addressing health inequities in pediatric kidney transplantation access and outcomes, including how neighborhood socioeconomic deprivation impacts graft survival. I’m actively involved in consortium and large database clinical research and participate in collaboratives like NAPRTCS and IROC. I treat all types of kidney disease, chronic kidney disease, and pediatric kidney transplantation.

I offer general nephrology care, kidney transplant evaluation and management, and prenatal consultation.

I truly enjoy building lifelong relationships with my patients and their families, guiding them through their disease journey. My passion lies in pediatric kidney transplantation and ensuring excellent outcomes for pediatric transplant recipients. My research is dedicated to addressing health inequities in this field.

I recently relocated to the Pacific Northwest from Iowa and love spending time outdoors with my family and dog, whether it’s skiing, hiking, or running. I’m also a huge foodie and am always on the lookout for great restaurant recommendations in Portland!
