About me
Christina specializes in pediatric nutrition and the prevention of overweight and obesity in children. She has advanced training in the prevention of overweight in children and adolescents. She loves working with kids and their families to create a holistic approach to healthier lives and building relationships with families through continued care.
She also specializes in nutrition for women. Christina believes strongly in the role that nutrition plays in women's health outcomes. She enjoys working with women to achieve their health related goals, from having a healthy pregnancy to weight loss.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and new son. She also enjoys yoga, hiking and camping, gardening and cooking healthy and new dishes for her family and friends.
