Why aren't there any ratings?

About me

Derik Kenworthy grew up in northern Utah where he obtained his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University. Derik subsequently obtained his M.S. and D.O. degrees from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. He went on to complete his internal medicine preliminary year and diagnostic radiology residency at University of Missouri – Kansas City. Derik is excited to move back west where he is looking forward to exploring all that the PNW has to offer, including the Mt. Hood area, the coast, and the Portland food scene!

Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
