About me

My mission is to help people with inflammatory bowel disease feel their very best, so they can do the things they love.

Dr. Emilie Regner is a gastroenterologist who specializes in the medical and endoscopic management of inflammatory bowel disease, including both Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. She completed an advanced inflammatory bowel disease fellowship at University of California, San Francisco, one of the top IBD centers in the nation. During this training she learned to manage IBD specific pregnancy and fertility concerns and to manage complex and refractory cases.

Dr. Regner has research interest in extra-intestinal disease manifestations of IBD including spondyloarthritis and comorbid liver diseases. She also has interest in quality improvement within pediatric to adult transitions of care. Her clinical style utilizes shared decision making and her top care priority is restoring the health and wellbeing of her patients.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, cooking, hiking with her dog, and being outdoors.

If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
