About me

My Dad died of prostate cancer, my Brother died of throat cancer and my Mother is a survivor of breast cancer.  I hate cancer.  I hate how it cuts lives short.  I want to see cancer beaten.

Having spent time at the NCI during my fellowship in oncology, I am happy to be back at a NCI designated center.  At OHSU, I will have access to groundbreaking discoveries and my patients will have an opportunity to enroll on clinical studies that will be gamechangers.  OHSU is a top ranked cancer center and I am proud to be a physician with this organization.

I treat patients with a variety of cancers, but have an interest in treating prostate cancer and lung cancer.

My family and I love the Pacific North West.  In our spare time, we enjoy skiing, hiking and sailing.

Insurance

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
