About me

I specialize in perinatal and early childhood mental health, focusing on the psychological and emotional well-being of my adult patients throughout the reproductive period. I help individuals navigate challenges such as:

My training enables me to support patients during pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. I also provide joint therapy sessions for parents and their children to strengthen their relationships and promote healthy development.

I am passionate about advocating for and supporting expecting and new parents, using a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, non-judgmental space that prioritizes their concerns, values, and goals.
