About me
I specialize in perinatal and early childhood mental health, focusing on the psychological and emotional well-being of my adult patients throughout the reproductive period. I help individuals navigate challenges such as:
- perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
- pregnancy loss
- complex fetal and infant medical diagnoses
- fertility treatments
My training enables me to support patients during pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. I also provide joint therapy sessions for parents and their children to strengthen their relationships and promote healthy development.
I am passionate about advocating for and supporting expecting and new parents, using a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, non-judgmental space that prioritizes their concerns, values, and goals.

Insurance
Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
