About me

Dr. Jill Dolata is a licensed speech-language pathologist with a special interest in:

  • Early diagnosis
  • Comprehensive, multidisciplinary assessment

She specializes in neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism.

She is interested in how language develops and how language and social communication intersect. Her work draws upon linguistics, psychology, speech and hearing science, special education and children’s health care. 

Dr. Dolata has been a faculty member at OHSU since 2006. She is also an associate professor in the School of Communication Sciences & Disorders at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. 

Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and three children.
