About me

Dr. Sajadi's research and clinical interests include female pelvic medicine and reconstruction, neurourology, and non-neurogenic voiding dysfunction. Specifically, Dr. Sajadi enjoys investigating and treating urinary incontinence, vaginal and uterine prolapse, and neuromodulation. His interest in pelvic medicine and women's health stems from his understanding that while these concerns can be difficult to talk about, they can have a significant impact on daily life and are important to address.

Raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Dr. Sajadi received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his urologic residency training at the Medical College of Georgia. In 2011 he graduated from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, and came to join the Urology team here at OHSU.

Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
