Everyone is very professional and they make you feel like you are the only patient they have.

I was really out of it last week because of my headaches and I really appreciated the way Molly worked with me and reminded me of what we were talking about because I was, I had a hard time paying attention and she got me through that phone call in one piece, so, or the video chat in one piece. She truly did not offer any assistance that I have tried already. She seemed like she only wanted to explain what my diagnosis is eventhough I let her know I have had this for quiet a few years. When she would offer a procedure or a product she would look at the computer and State oh your insurance will not cover that. She was in a rush to leave as well.

She and the new NP were amazing! They were very thorough and great listeners. I was very nervous and unintentionally started crying during the appt. I appreciated that they didn't really react and kept a calm demeanor. It helped to minimize the disruption and stay on topic.
