Molly was efficient and is helping me with getting approval for my upcoming Botox appointment.
Everyone is very professional and they make you feel like you are the only patient they have.
I was really out of it last week because of my headaches and I really appreciated the way Molly worked with me and reminded me of what we were talking about because I was, I had a hard time paying attention and she got me through that phone call in one piece, so, or the video chat in one piece. So she's a good one. Keep her, give her a raise.
This provider was very knowledgeable about my situation and made excellent suggestions to further meet my needs. I couldn't be more satisfied with this provider. thank you
Ms. Anderson was very nice and professional. She listened attentively to what I said, asked pertinent questions, and followed up with additional questions when I provided information. This show me she was actively listening.
Good communicator and shows empathy
Dr. Anderson was wonderful. She listened, she responded, and I just enjoyed our visit very much. I think that Dr. Anderson is an excellent pain specialist and I would recommend her to anyone. And God bless her. And thank you very much.
Extremely thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgable.
She truly did not offer any assistance that I have tried already. She seemed like she only wanted to explain what my diagnosis is eventhough I let her know I have had this for quiet a few years. When she would offer a procedure or a product she would look at the computer and State oh your insurance will not cover that. She was in a rush to leave as well.
Molly was caring and professional. She listened to my concerns and was willing to answer all of my questions.
She was thoughtful and engaged. She spent an entire hour asking questions and listening. I felt heard unlike my previous experience with another provider. It was a very welcome change.
Very thorough conversation and I appreciate the help!
Molly Anderson was delightful to speak with. She had a good understanding of my situation and gave me options for treatment for my pain.
The appointment started on time and I received all the information I needed to move forward.
Molly was well prepared and knowledgeable about my case. She clearly explained the options and procedures and ordered the procedure I was hoping to have. Thank you for your assistance.
She was very friendly and thorough.
Dr Neukam is wonderful!
efficient /informative /excellent outcome
They were very accommodating.
Molly is very great at explaining what's going on medically for my personal situation being a person with fibromyalgia and previous cancer history. I feel very informed by the time I'm leaving walking out of the patient room, and most of all confident in my provider. I feel completely confident in her ability to explain how fibromyalgia is impacting my life and all of the options I have to keep moving forward in a more healthy way to meet the goal of having a healthy lifestyle! ?? I feel very blessed to have such a knowledgeable provider for my fibromyalgia related issues.
She and the new NP were amazing! They were very thorough and great listeners. I was very nervous and unintentionally started crying during the appt. I appreciated that they didn't really react and kept a calm demeanor. It helped to minimize the disruption and stay on topic. Molly is a superior science communicator; she is able to effectively and efficiently explain my options and the procedure. OSHU is lucky to have her!
