About me

Dr. Patel is a family physician who provides care for the whole family. She finds having long-term relationships with her patients and their families very rewarding. She has special expertise in geriatrics and enjoys helping patients navigate the changes that come with aging and focus on quality of life. Dr. Patel relocated to Portland in 2020 after 14 years in Philadelphia. She enjoys spending time with her husband, reading and gardening.

  1. Every facet of intake and Dr. visit was organized and efficient. Test results were processed within hours and assessed by the doctor the same day as the visit. Excellent experience.

  2. I am so appreciative of the time given to educate me on the diagnosis and instructions for better health. It is also nice to be able to feel safe to ask questions that you might not ask a physician who seems to be less interested in your well being. What a treat to have her as my doctor!

  3. Dr. Patel is a fine doctor as far as it goes, but the Center for Women's Health has such a problem scheduling. It keeps you on the line for hours. It asks you to leave a message and you will receive a call back. The call back never occurs. The ability to reach the physician is very, very difficult. I suggest that the number of schedulers be increased.

  4. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel as she is generous with her time, very thorough and seems genuinely interested in my health concerns.

Her physical exam confirmed her initial impressions and she was able to recommend simple, noninvasive interventions. As always, I left her office feeling uplifted and deeply appreciative of her wisdom and kindness

  9. I came in for a very specific reason. Dr. Patel listened and a plan of action was discussed.It is really difficult trying to see Dr. Warren with her limited schedule. This has been very frustrating.Kafiat the office manager was help full in setting the appointments.

  15. The provider was very kind and competent. I appreciate being seen quickly. Thank you. I was told however that someone would call me the following day about the results of my X-ray and then be referred either to PT or ortho. No one called. I'm still waiting.

She's a beautiful person and caring and very knowledgeable in most everything that we've talked about and or everything we've talked about. And so I would highly recommend her to anybody. She's a lovely woman and very, like I said, very knowledgeable and patient and kind and just everything you want in a physician. So yes, I would highly recommend her to anybody.

  84. Dr. Patel was so kind, thorough, knowledgeable, clear and reassuring that I felt incredibly well cared-for, and very grateful after our visit. It was the first time we'd met - I was grateful too to be worked into the schedule on an "urgent" basis (I'd fainted from dehydration a few days before - a new experience- and was feeling a bit shaken, so was doubly grateful for the reassurance.) Dr. Patel's assistant, Carla (I hope I am remembering her name correctly), was also wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and super-great at her job - very encouraging!So thanks to all, and happy holidays!
