About me

Dr. Nicole Wong an internal medicine physician. With her experience growing up in a medically underserved area and giving educational presentations, she is passionate about underserved medicine, health advocacy, and health literacy.

Dr. Wong was born and raised in the border town of Laredo, Texas. After graduating, she moved to Houston to attend the Baylor College of Medicine where she joined forces with a local Latinx community to give educational presentations on topics such as common over-the-counter medications, vaccines, and cancer screening recommendations.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher.
