My whole family loves Rachael Postman. We knew her when she was Dr. Mark's nurse, and we just love her so much.

Hi, yes, my experience with Rachel Postman over the years has been nothing but amazing. I am so grateful to have her as my primary care provider. I have many health conditions and she helps me navigate them with specialists and different types of support and she always validates what I'm going through. However, this last appointment, it was more rushed than usual and I did not leave the appointment feeling like I had all my questions answered, which was a bummer. And I have to say, honestly, this was the first time in all the years that she's been my provider that that's ever happened. But, yes, in the past there was never a feeling of rushed. Now I think involving the telemedicine, virtual appointments, I'm not sure, but there's a little bit more of a push on the time. And the thing that was always the best was that I left feeling like all my needs had been addressed.

She was very interested in what I had to say. I think she perhaps thought she knew what I was calling about and she had maybe some ready answers, but she listened to what I was saying. I could tell that she was seeing it more from my point of view and realizing that I had given the whole thing some thought and had made notes about all my symptoms and my family history and all that. So I thought she was very respectful and interested and thorough and she asked some questions I hadn't thought of.

She reviewed the options for treatment along with her recommendations and rationale for them, plus the cost. She did an actual physical exam that matched my concerns and ordered a chest x-ray to further delineate any concerns. Her Medical Assistant, Kimberly, who saw me first, was equally as professional and clearly shared with Rachel the information I had given her.

The best experience I've had meeting a PCP for the first time. She listened well to my concerns, gave me confidence that the process for addressing them has begun, and asked me if there was more I wanted to talk about. She was open about listening to me, and that has always been a huge concern for me with doctors in other clinics was that rarely did I feel they made any time to hear me out. Rachel has helped me revise my meds which were creating extra health problems aside from what they were prescribed for. She is extremely attentive, cordial, friendly and explains health matters clearly; she is very bright and intuitive not to mention knowledgeable.
