Yes, I felt that my time with Dr. Ng was very, very distant not at all empathetic or anything close to it. Dr. Who he was probably, spoiled me I guess but Dr. Ng, seemed to me, he did not do his homework to know exactly what my situation is and frankly. He just seemed like he was detached and wanted to go onto the next thing.
