Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

Shannon Rentz is a registered dietitian with the OHSU Food and Nutrition Services Department. She helps support the nutritional needs of adults affected with head and neck, gastrointestinal and breast cancers, and those enrolled in specialized clinical trials for cancer treatment. Patients are seen in clinics, outpatient infusion centers or by scheduled appointment.
