Accepting new patients

  • Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Medical Oncology, School of Medicine

About me

Dr. Shree is a lymphoma specialist and a physician-scientist, meaning she sees patients with lymphoma and does research on lymphoma biology and treatments. She is a board-certified medical oncologist with subspecialty training in hematologic malignancies, and has authored research papers on cancer biology, immune deficiencies in cancer, and immunotherapy. She aims to meet each patient where they are and help them understand and manage their disease and its treatment and side effects. Dr. Shree chose a career in oncology because of the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients through times good and bad, and the amazing scientific community working to improve cancer care. Outside of work, Dr. Shree spends time with her husband and two kids, biking, hiking, camping, and playing board games. She has danced on and off stage all her life and loves puzzles of all kinds, especially crosswords.

Insurance

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
