Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.

About me

Valerie enjoys working with a variety of patient populations within the inpatient and outpatient setting especially post amputation rehabilitation. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, standup paddle boarding, SUP racing, surfing, volunteering with several different adaptive surfing organizations, hiking, live music, bonfires, and being at the coast.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
