Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.

I have been seeing Dr. Clark for more than 3 years, for the first time right after my after my stroke and I have been in the CREST2 study with him where I am check every 6 months. I am very please with my association with him and his staff.
All were very warm and thoughtful. Very professional and truly concerned about my welfare, both in exam room and the lab.
DOCTORS Clark, Lyon, Pollak, and the entire staff at OHSU were upbeat and very helpful. I got the impression that everyone who works there really likes their job, including nurses Ash, Brian and Morgan.
I'm just in the testing and do everyone were friendly…
