  1. She listened to me and explained my options to me, and we came up with a plan. She was helpful.

  2. Dr. Doung was very professional and direct, while still being personable and respectful. I appreciate that she and her colleagues took the time to review my films together and found an opportunity to correct another problem which was not initially noticed. We made very efficient use of our short time on our video call.

  3. Doctor was very thorough and listened to my concerns. She went through my past records and asked questions about them.She asked if I had any questions and then answered them.

I really appreciated that. I liked the confidence that was behind everything she was saying. Describing the imaging, and opened all my questions. She kind of answered all my questions as we went along. I would highly recommend it, but I've always loved OHSU and the way that they do practice. So it was fantastic.   16. As in the past Dr Duong is a superb surgeon and the entire doctor and nurse staff are the best anywhere. We feel so fortunate to receive such great care at OHSU

  17. The provider and all nurses were awesome! The administrative and scheduling staff were a nightmare. Nobody knew what they were doing or clearly communicated to us.

  42. Dr Dong did my surgery and had never met her until about 30 min of being wheeled into the OR. (Which is weird in its own space.). When she stopped by to say hello and ask if I had any questions, I had to ask if she was Dr Dong. A good reminder is to always introduce yourself. After the surgery we asked to have a consultation and she did stop by and that was much appreciated. All-in-all everything was fine. Just an odd way to meet someone the first time.

  43. I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment - which I had already been through 4 other office visits, an ultrasound and an MRI on this very same issue. There was no good reason for this appointment - rather the surgery should have been scheduled (IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN). I was 10 minutes early. I waited in the exam room for another nearly 30 minutes - I considered leaving.

  44. I wish she just showed a little bit more sympathy or empathy. I feel like she was just a little too straightforward for me and I needed someone who was showing me kindness and not just based on facts and straightforward.

  45. She is very confident, and skilled in her work. I trust she will do amazing work. She is not very personable though. Maybe because she is a very busy surgeon. I trust that I am in the best hands possible though.
