- Prediabetes Class - Simple Steps to Reduce Your Risk
- A person with prediabetes is at risk for developing type 2 diabetes as well as other medical conditions. The good news is there are simple steps you can take to reduce your risk. To learn how to reduce your risk, attend our one session prediabetes course!
- National Diabetes Prevention Program
- The National Diabetes Prevention Program is a year-long lifestyle change program. Participants meet in a group with a trained lifestyle coach to learn how to include healthy eating and regular physical activity into their lives. The goal is to achieve modest weight loss to help prevent type 2 diabetes.
