Shamaya Horsley, MS '24, recently accepted a new internal position at OHSU as the Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager 2 in the OBGYN administration. Shamaya will be working with the Oregon Perinatal Collaborative.
Ryan Cole, MBA '22, is now a Professor of Nursing at Charter College Anchorage, AK. Ryan is teaching Nursing Fundamentals and Pharmacology. Ryan has also been accepted to Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA to begin a Doctorate of Nursing program.

Becky Martin, MS '22, started a new job in which she will promote a new Alzheimer's dementia product for Corium Inc. Becky hopes this product will decrease the burden of dementia for patients and caregivers. She also hopes this will decrease healthcare costs, from decreased hospitalizations, lower out-of-pocket costs for patients, lower Medicare costs, and delayed admission time to assisted living.

Nandita Gupta, MBA '22, was awarded a grant from the ABIM Foundation to to support educational needs of the Internal Medicine residents: (1) Assess experience of structural racism amongst Latinx population in Hillsboro; (2) Develop an anti-racism curriculum; (3) Assess impact of curriculum on resident attitudes, knowledge, and self-efficacy in identifying element of structural racism.
