Jawanza Hadley, M.S., P.M.P.

As the Program Director for Work2BeWell, Jawanza will spearhead national program expansion, oversee curriculum development and digital asset development, and build community partnerships with local and national education and behavioral health organizations.

Jawanza is moving to Work2BeWell from Providence’s mental health strategy team where he served as senior project manager for nearly two years supporting the expansion of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Prior to joining Providence, he served as practice leader for a large multi-specialty digestive health clinic at Oregon Health & Science University. He is a champion of education, particularly as it relates to adolescent behavioral health and well-being, having served as a high school teacher for 11 years in Portland, Oregon.
