Randi is a healthcare leader passionate about supporting caregivers providing care to our community.  She is a Director of Operations at Adventist Health Medical Group in Portland, Oregon, with a varied background in hospital, ambulatory, and nonprofit foundation leadership. Randi loves solving problems, developing structures and workflows that improve operational efficiency, with a focus on clinical quality, patient experience, and caregiver engagement. 

Randi holds an MBA from Willamette University and has previously taught or guest lectured at Warner Pacific College, National University of Natural Medicine, Concordia University, and Portland Community College in business, administration, and management courses.  She and her husband own a hydroponic salad and herbs farm, and enjoy raising their two boys in Ridgefield, Washington.
