Dr. Brendan O'Connell, a postdoctoral scholar in the Brian O'Roak and Andrew Adey Labs, presented their research to the American Society of Human Genetics during their 2020 Virtual Meeting this week. The research, which has been ongoing since the start of the pandemic in early 2020, outlines their findings from sequencing samples of Oregon SARS-CoV-2 in the sequencing center.
