About the Library
The Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Library is the largest health sciences library in Oregon. We support teaching, research and patient care. We serve OHSU faculty, staff and students in Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health and many other healthcare programs, as well as Oregon health professionals and residents. We offer library services and access to our collections through the web and at the OHSU Library in the Biomedical Information Communication Center (BICC), the Robertson Life Sciences Building (RLSB), and the OHSU Historical Collections & Archives in the Old Library (Auditorium). We partner with the Isabel MacDonald Library to offer services and collections on the OHSU West Campus.
Library Governance
The University Librarian and the Library leadership work collaboratively to develop the library strategic plan and goals, appoint and guide library committee/working group/task force members, and advise the University on library policies, assessment, initiatives, and resource allocation.
