Scheduling for AY 18-19 is now closed; AY 19-20 scheduling starts May 2019 for approved requests received in April 2019.  All new, existing and expanded event requests, will require review by simulation steering committee, followed by SimOps team review prior to scheduling.

Submit requests at least 90-days prior to the event date.
