Qualifications
Interested candidates should have conferred an MHA/MHSA/MBA/MPH/related degree from an accredited (CAHME/AUPHA preferred) program by June of the following application window. Candidates in their final year where a formal residency/fellowship is required will also be considered. Additionally, prospective fellows should exhibit the following qualities and behaviors:
- Desire to be challenged at a high level
- Flexible and comfortable with both autonomous and team-based efforts
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
- Service oriented
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High level of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm
- Interest in the management and operation of an academic medical center
- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
