Commitment to the advancement of biomedical science

The AIRC faculty and staff have expertise in a wide range of magnetic resonance methods and work with multi-disciplinary teams of scientists, clinicians and students to pursue a range of biomedical research questions. Central to the mission is to develop imaging tools and techniques with the ultimate goal of increasing our understanding of health and disease translating this knowledge into better health outcomes.   

The AIRC houses MR instruments, and related resources, and a substantial computing infra-structure to support data analysis.  

The AIRC strives to maintain a safe, open and inclusive environment, which fosters collaboration, discovery and learning.
