The IncuCyte S3 from Essen Biosciences is a highly automated microscope that lives inside an incubator for full environmental control. The system houses six slots for multiwell plates and/or cell culture vessels and can run up to six experiments in parallel for days on end. There are three objectives available: 4x, 10x, and 20x. This allows multiple, simultaneous experiments using different objectives. Channels available include green and red fluorescence and phase contrast transmitted light.
