Nikon CrestOptics X-Light V3 Spinning Disk Confocal

The Crest V3 is a spinning disk confocal on an inverted Nikon stand equipped with the following:

  • Temperature and CO2 control for live sample imaging
  • Widefield and confocal modes
  • Spinning disk head with 50um pinhole, 250um spacing

    • 10x 0.45NA Air WD 4mm
    • 20x 0.80NA Air WD 0.8mm
    • 40x 0.95NA Air WD 0.25mm
    • 40x LWD 1.15NA Water WD 0.6mm
    • 60x 1.42NA Oil WD 0.15mm
    • 40x 1.3NA Oil WD 0.2mm (upon request) 
  • Automated stage for large tiling and z-stack acquisition
  • Large field of view sCMOS camera (Teledyne Kinetix)
  • Stage inserts for accommodating:
    • Standard slides
    • Chambered slides
    • Round dishes
    • Multiwell plates
