Notice: August 2022

As of 7/1/2022, IDT has implemented a temporary shipping surcharge fee to all orders to help cover increased fuel costs.  The surcharge fee is $3.50 per order, unless expedited, same day service is requested.  Customers that order expedited Same-day oligos will receive an additional charge of $29.  If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charge, please remove the expedited Same-day oligo service request from your order before placing the order in the IDT portal.

Ordering

Create custom primers and probes for oligo and siRNA synthesis with excellent prices negotiated for our clients through Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT). All custom oligo orders placed through the Core-IDT ordering portal. Discounted pricing are also available for other products listed on the IDT website and ordered through the Core. IDT orders will be shipped directly to the address specified by individual IDT account holders. 

Note: OHSU discount pricing is only available with oligo orders placed through iLab. We offer very competitive fees for various scales of starting material, and processing options are available.

Standard, desalted per base charge from IDT.

Most regular primers (less than 50 nts) only need simple desalting.

To cover management and administration of this service, the core charges a $5.00 service fee per order. For logistically complicated or orders over $1800, the core charges $10.00 service fee per order.

Other synthesis products

• Longmers with good yield out to 200 nts. RNA and siRNA custom synthesis is available
• Gene fragments custom synthesis of 125-500 bp dsDNA, sequence verified
• qPCR assays, pre-designed or custom, for intercalating dye assays or Taqman^® style assays
