Notices to Applicants
Pre-employment drug testing
Many positions at OHSU require pre-employment drug testing. These tests include screening for marijuana. While marijuana is legal in several states, including Oregon, it remains unlawful under federal law and its use by individuals in some positions may pose a safety risk. Any candidate who tests positive for marijuana on a pre-employment drug test will be considered ineligible for employment at OHSU and may not reapply to an OHSU position for a minimum of six months.
