Test Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Interpretation:
Test results are interpreted by a Hematopathologist.
Specimen Requirements:
6 mL blood in a LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube. Maintain samples at ROOM TEMPERATURE and ensure samples are received and processed within 24 hours.
Results from a concurrent CBC with Differential must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimens.
Pediatric Specimen Requirements:
1 mL blood in a LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube. Maintain samples at ROOM TEMPERATURE and ensure samples are received and processed within 24 hours.
Results from a concurrent CBC with Differential must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimens.
