Join a discussion with the IRB and OCTRI Recruitment about Research Participant Compensation. We will cover the importance of compensation for participant recruitment, retention, equity and inclusion. We will also cover best practices for determining appropriate compensation amounts, payment schedules, and methods. The IRB will present the protocol and consent requirements, guidelines, and how they conduct their analysis of compensation amounts during their review.
