Comments:
The Immunodeficiency and Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS) Flow Cytometry panel allows quantitative lymphocyte subset analysis in the work-up of primary and secondary immunodeficiencies and ALPS. Quantitative assessment of T-cells, B-cells, and NK-cells are provided. For ALPS evaluation, the percentage of double negative, tCR alpha/beta positive T-cells are determined as well as CD45R(B220) expression, which is also commonly elevated in ALPS. The Immunodeficiency/ALPS Flow Cytometry test is a quantitative test and is not intended to detect functional lymphocyte defects.
