Methylenedioxyethylamphetamine (Eve, MDEA), Ephedrine/PseudoEphedrine: 200 mg/mL
Comments:
Preferred test to follow-up presumptive/screening results or to obtain a quantitative result.
Methodology: Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS/MS)
This is a lab-developed test (LDT not evaluated by FDA. The results are for clinical use only.
Identification of specific drugs(s) taken by specimen donor is problematic due to common metabolites, sone of which are prescription drugs themselves. The absence of expected drug(s) and / or drug metabolite(s) may indicate non-compliance, inappropriate timing of specimen collection relative to drug administration, poor drug absorption, diluted/adulterated urine or limitations of testing. The concentration value must be greater than or equal to the cutoff to be reported as positive.
Interpretive questions should be directed to the laboratory.
