Test Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (must be in lab by 4:00 pm).

Specimen Requirements:

3 mL blood in a LAVENDER top (EDTA) or GREEN top (Na Heparin) tube. Room temperature samples are good for up to 24 hours.
Results from a concurrent CBC and Platelet Count must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimens.

Pediatric Specimen Requirements:

1 mL blood in a LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube or in a GREEN top (Na Heparin) tube. Room temperature samples are good for up to 24 hours.
Results from a concurrent CBC and Platelet Count must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimens.
