Dr. Costa-Black will provide an overview of current research and practical applications of human-centered design principles for Total Worker Health (TWH). In this lecture, she will share her Human Factors/Ergonomics perspective, which is interdisciplinary by nature and aligns well with TWH goals. By following these principles, organizations can create (or re-create) more user-friendly and comprehensive solutions that address multiple facets of worker well-being.
