Aaron Doe develops and uses numerous bioinformatics tools on a variety of next-generation sequencing datasets. He works mostly with single-cell omics to help CEDAR identify how cancer develops at a single cell resolution. He also works to build pipelines and workflows to try and attack the data from a variety of new angles.
