Biography
Dr. Howard was born and raised in San Diego, California. He attended University of California, Davis where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He then earned his medical degree from Keck School of Medicine of USC. He completed residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center. In his free time he enjoys hiking, playing basketball, writing and playing music, traveling, and spending time with family.
