Biography
Dr. Barker received his BA from Carleton College, Minnesota in 1966 and received his MD degree in 1970 from the University of Missouri Medical School. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Washington Affiliated Hospitals and served as Chief Resident from 1973 to 1974. Following this, Dr. Barker was a Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellow at the University of San Diego from 1974-1976.
