Biography
Alex Dest (she/her) is a Research Data Analyst with the Evaluation Team at the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute (OCTRI). She works with OHSU researchers and community organizations across Oregon to develop and implement evaluation activities. Alex also provides evaluation technical assistance and training to the Knight Cancer Institute's Community Partnership Program (CPP) applicants and grantees, and evaluation of overall program impact.
Previously, Alex worked at a community-based organization where she coordinated reproductive justice programs with Latinx youth as well as academic medical center where she managed supportive care cancer research studies. Alex received her Master in Public Health (M.P.H.) in Health Behavior and undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
